We recommend a comprehensive roof clean, including, guttering and downpipes be carried out after autumn leaves have fallen and before the start of winter rains. This will minimise roof leaks in wetter months.
• Yearly tap servicing is important to maintain the life of your taps.
• Our service includes lubrication of hot and cold tap spindles, new o-rings and good quality tap valves.
• This will avoid expensive call outs to service taps that won't turn off.

• We advocate being water wise and are equipped to install water tanks and other water saving devices such as shower heads etc
• We recommend yearly servicing of gas appliances to ensure they are functioning safely and efficiently.
• Beware of early signs of blockages - pipes gurgling and slow to drain. If you are experiencing this, we would recommend prompt action.
• If water is observed leaking at the base of a down pipe, this generally indicates a blocked storm water system. This should be attended to immediately.
